No. Dates shown as available or limited can be requested, but Photo Magic confirms the date only after reviewing the event and staffing needs.
What size organizations can Photo Magic photograph?
Photo Magic supports small programs as well as high-volume leagues, schools, and multi-team events. Participant count helps determine the recommended schedule and staffing.
Do families have to handle paper order forms?
Photo Magic's standard workflow uses online prepaid ordering. Alternative ordering models may be available for select events.
Can we use more than one location or photo day?
Yes. Include the details in your request and Photo Magic will recommend a multi-date or multi-location plan when appropriate.
What happens after our organization is approved?
